Ohio Bicentennial Barn in Belmont County is one of the 88 painted in each of Ohio’s counties. Scott Hagan of Jerusalem, Ohio painted all 88 barns. This one is located off I-70 Exit 208, go south on Rt. 149. The white barn is on private property on the left side of Rt. 149, prior to the entrance to Barkcamp State Park.
