The highlights of this four-day festival Sept. 26-29, 2019 (always the last full weekend in September) include an antique and classic car show, craft displays, farm machinery, hog calling, tall tales, royalty contests, parade, food, quilt show, live music, 5k race, family fun, and much more. The 2017 King Pumpkin, grown by Barnesville's own Todd and Donna Skinner, broke the festival and state record for the year as recorded by the Great Pumpkin Common Wealth. Growers will attempt to beat the 2,150-pound mark.
