The Village of Barnesville's trick or treat will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 6-7:30 p.m. In addition to trick or treat in the residential areas, downtown businesses will be handing out treats, there will be inflatables on Arch Street in front of the municipal building, a trunk or treat in the municipal building parking lot, and the fire department and EMS will be handing out treats.
