The Annual Community Day in Brookside provides free fun for children including rides, clowns, bounce houses, a fun run, and educational programs about animals. The event also features food vendors, crafts, yard sales, and something for everyone! The proceeds are used to provide holiday parties for the village's youth for Easter, Halloween (Trunk or Treat) and Christmas.
