John Boilegh, an anthropologist with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, will lead a field trip to Track Rocks located outside of Barnesville, Ohio to view the ancient Indian petroglyphs (pictures). The trip will be on Thursday, July 26 at 9:30 a.m. Those interested will meet at the museum at 9 a.m. to car pool. After visiting the site, the group will return to the museum for refreshments and discussion of the Indian petroglyphs. The event is free and open to the public. John is a popular and entertaining speaker as he has taken groups on multiple fields trips for the Belmont County Historical Society. The Belmont County Museum is located at 532 N.
